The School employs highly qualified staff. Faculty members are fully trained to utilize our two curriculums. Several hold bachelor degrees in the subjects they teach, and some hold hold graduate degrees as well.

While Goodland Academy does not employ a full-time counselor, we consider every staff member to be an informal counselor to students in regard to personal concerns, college preparation and spiritual matters. Staff members interact with students during a large part of every day, and are committed to nurturing the whole child.
